Release Roadmap and Helping test Moksha
This is just a short post letting people know that we are still here and hard at work! We have added a Release Roadmap to the wiki with projected release dates and goals through the next major Bodhi release. Bodhi 3.x.y will spend a shorter than normal amount of time as our latest major release due to the delay it had in reaching its stable release. Remember though Bodhi 3.x.y will be supported until 2019, so there will be no need to rush to upgrade to 4.0.0 when it releases next summer.
For those who are interested in helping test Moksha on Bodhi before the 3.1.0 release can find install instructions here those on other Ubuntu 14.04 based systems can install the latest version of the desktop by following the steps here. Those on other Linux based distributions can compile the latest version of Moksha from the source here.
If you have some programming background we are also currently looking for those who have experience working with C and autotools to help with the upkeep / clean up / creation of code for Moksha. Register for our user forums or drop an email to Jeff at BodhiLinux dot com if you are interested in helping out.
